• Payment in full is required at the start of the membership contract unless an installment plan has been agreed.  

• We accept cash, domestic bank transfer or WISE transfers*, sorry we cannot accept card payments. *Any international transfer fees must be paid by the customer

• Prices listed exclude VAT, if you require a "VAT receipt" please inform us in advance so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

• There are strictly no refunds on memberships, please only buy a membership that you know you can use in line with the terms and conditions. 

• Group memberships cannot be paused or shared / transfered with other people. 

• Group training must be booked in advance. 

• If attendance is canceled less than 6 hours before class start time:

  • Members with an 8 Class Pass will be charged in full for the class. 

  • Unlimited Members will be unable to book for the following 3 days.

• If membership expires and there are unused sessions, these can be rolled over to a newly purchased membership. If you wish to extend the membership expiry date to use remaining sessions, this will be charged at a fee of 500,000vnd per each additional week. *Not applicable with unlimited memberships.
